Our postage charges are outlined here.
Our target is to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 14 days of receipt.
No despatches are made on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days from the day of despatch.
Returning goods
All the goods you buy from us are covered by our "Product Guarantee." This means if you are not 100% satisfied with our product for any reason, you can return it to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We do require that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for exchange products we will pay to post any goods we send back to you.
The best two methods of returning goods to us;
Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods.
This requires you to re-pack your goods, apply the return address and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel gets lost.
Royal Mail Next day – this option is more expensive but quicker
Whichever method of post you choose – please don’t forget to include your address so that we know who is returning the parcel.
